La Grande Mela d'Europa è una città multietnica, accogliente, facile da vivere perchè fornisce alloggi e lavoro in quantità ed è priva di quella burocrazia che in Italia appesantisce anche la più semplice delle procedure. The objective aimed through its activities is to overcome global crisis by promoting a community and environmentally friendly lifestyle, starting from the youth of today, who need new values and motivations, using means of mass communication to reduce violence and destruction of the earth. We want to focus on ecological issues and multi-media technologies as a solution for: poverty, education, recreational needs of the most vulnerable and hidden communities of London. We want to offer to the youth of today the chance to express their voice of concern for tomorrow. We are always looking forward for enthusiastic and high-motivated individuals which are interested in joining our team as interns, to be part of this growing social enterprise. We expect that you demonstrate a passion towards these themes and ethos, and that you could come to stay with us with a commitment to contribute dynamically to our activities and to the growth of this social enterprise. This could be an opportunity for you to enhance your knowledge and capabilities for your own career development, whilst enjoying our community.
At the moment, we are looking for persons that could help us in several activities, such as advertising, copywriting, sponsorship, internet campaign, broadcasting camera persons, broadcasting and tv program makers, marketing and sales, and any other activity you believe useful for our organization. In general, we look for someone who is dedicated for promoting a sustainable and creative lifestyle. We offer the possibility to stay in out flat for free in exchange for your commitment in our activities for 25 hours per week. This agreement will be initially valid for a period of 10 weeks. Then, on successful completion, it could be extended. The accommodation could be in a shared or in a private room, depending on the availability and on the amount of your involvement. The hours are flexible, albeit these depend on the organization’s needs. Indeed, interns must arrange these with the competent staff.
Persons interested could send a mail to internpasmartecobuild@gmail.com or talents@smartecobuild.tv with their CV, their passport/ID, references, and a motivation letter where they must outline their attitudes and how they could contribute to the organization’s activities. A 100 pounds returnable deposit must be paid when the agreement is reached. An agreement document will be sent to selected condidates.
